  • 1 tbsp (tablespoons) butter
  • 1 medium grated onion
  • ½ kg of clean medium shrimp
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons () brandy
  • 100 g of canned mushrooms minced
  • 3 tablespoons () ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) of mustard
  • 1 cream canister

Method of preparation:

Clean the prawns, remove the husks and wash very well in water and lemon, drain and set aside. Heat the butter and brown the onion in it. Add the prawns and stir well, season with salt and pepper. Heat the brandy in a ladle until it catches fire and pour it over the shrimp, fl ambando them. Add the mushroom, the ketchup, mustard and simmer for about 5 minutes. Just before serving, add the cream, mix well and heat without boiling. Serve the stroganoff accompanied by white rice and french fries.
