Method of preparation
Dilute cornstarch in milk cans and add condensed milk and egg yolks in a pan. Always stir in low heat until it acquires the consistency of a pastry cream and finally, add the vanilla essence. When cool, adds the cream and divide into three equal portions.

Two thirds of the cream will be added to the melted dark chocolate. Line a bowl with half of that chocolate cream and freeze to ice for 15 minutes.
