Andrea Santa Rosa Garcia, known as the the famous nutritionist, revealed to his followers on Instagram a hint detoxifying tea, practical and delightful that aid in digestion and cleanse the body. Check out the ingredients and the cooking method:

ingredients:

  • 250 ml water
  • 1 cardamom seed
  • Ginger coin 1
  • 1 handful peppermint leaves
  • 2 lemon slices
  • 1 tablespoon of dandelion tea

Method of preparation:

Boil water with cardamom, ginger, mint leaves and lemon slices. Turn off the heat, add the dandelion and let steep for 5 minutes and go through the strainer before drinking.
