  • 2 cups water
  • 1 piece of ginger peeled and cut into slices
  • 2 slices of lemon (optional)

Method of preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. When boiling, lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from flame and let cool before drinking.

  • 1 liter of water

Method of preparation:

Add boiling water on plant leaves cut into pieces, mute for 20 minutes and strain. Take the hot lemongrass tea or ice cream three times a day.
