  • 500g of raw cassava flour
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 60g apricot
  • 60g pitted black plum
  • 30g chopped walnuts
  • 30g raisins
  • 100g butter
  • Salt to taste

Way of doing

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Saute onion slices stirring well. Add the apricots, raisins, plums and walnuts, letting it cook for about 2 minutes. Add the flour of raw cassava and lower the heat. Stir well to absorb all the fat. Keep stirring until the flour begins to get lightly browned. Remove from heat and serve at room temperature.
