• 1 can of condensed milk
• 1 can of cream
• 1 small ripe pineapple

Way of doing
Cut the pineapple into small cubes and cook in a double boiler along with the sugar until it is very squishy and create a natural broth (never put water). Drain and let cool reserve. Store the syrup that has formed. In a blender beat the condensed milk, cream and gelatine is dissolved in 1/2 cup of warm water. Put this cream in a container with cold pineapple and mix. Add the egg whites gently and put refractory to their liking. Refrigerate until firm.
